Administration Assistant - Director Engineering & Infrastructure

Fixed Term - Part Time
(up to 48 hrs per fortnight)
We are seeking a motivated administration professional to join our dedicated Engineering team. This fixed term 6 month position is available now and includes working within Monday - Friday. This role involves assisting the Director of Engineering & Infrastructure in variety of administration tasks to support the requirements of the Engineering departments.
Key Selection Criteria include:
Essential:
1. Knowledge and Experience in the supply of high-level administration support.
2. Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines as required
3. High level of competency using Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook programs.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
Desirable:
5. A sound knowledge and understanding of Occupational Health and Safety
6. A background and strong knowledge of facilities maintenance
7. Previous experience in healthcare or alike organisation would be highly regarded.
8. The ability to demonstrate the flexibility to adjust to changing work commitments
9. Experience operating in a busy facility management department or similar
10. Previous experience with computerised maintenance management, assets and building management systems.
11. Business Administration qualification or similar.
