About This Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated Program Management Intern to support our customer engagement initiatives. The intern will assist in managing multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of project milestones. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment. This position is based in Australia. What You Will Do Support program managers in planning, tracking, and executing key initiatives. Coordinate across multiple teams and workstreams to align on goals and deliverables. Facilitate stakeholder communication and regular status updates. Assist in identifying risks and resolving issues to keep projects on track. Maintain structured documentation, timelines, and progress reports. Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes. What We Are Looking For Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) is a plus. A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
