About You
You're a reliable and compassionate Aged Care Worker who thrives in fast‐paced residential aged care environments and delivers high‐quality person‐centred care.
You will bring:
* Strong adaptability across clinical aged care settings
* Sound care judgement and the ability to prioritise resident needs
* Clear communication and a collaborative team approach
* A professional, respectful manner representing HCA to a high standard
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months' full-time experience in residential aged care
* Valid National Police Check
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Up‐to‐date COVID-19 & Influenza vaccinations
* Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available)
