About the Role
We are seeking a technically strong and delivery-focused Engineering Manager to lead all engineering activities across both the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) and Execution phases of a major Rare Earths project in Western Australia.
This role is responsible for managing the Owner's Engineering Team, coordinating discipline leads, fostering collaboration among team members to drive innovative thinking. The ideal candidate will oversee development and integration of multidisciplinary design outputs that ensure constructability, compliance with specifications, alignment with execution milestones.
* Maintain technical standards & specifications to govern application by ESP providers& other stakeholders as needed.
