About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
Provide strategic leadership to develop and champion a shared, future-focused educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
Promote inclusive and socially just practices while setting and maintaining high expectations for student achievement and staff performance.
Demonstrate professional excellence through active engagement in lifelong learning, ongoing professional development, and evidence-based improvement.
Build strong partnerships with students, families, government agencies, and community organisations to enhance learning opportunities and outcomes.
Ensure effective governance and resource management by understanding and applying relevant legislation and policies, and by strategically managing human, financial, facilities, and curriculum resources to achieve departmental goals.
