FitFetch is a premium outdoor dog fitness startup bringing structured, human-style fitness to dogs — combining cardio, strength, agility, and mental stimulation to support canine wellbeing and longevity.
We’re early-stage, growing, and capital-light. We’re now looking for a Founding Head of Operations & Training to help build and refine our training methodology, recruit and develop trainers, and run day-to-day execution.
This is a hands-on, leadership role with real autonomy and real upside.

What you’ll be doing
Training Program & MethodologyRefining FitFetch’s training programs and class formatsEnsuring training is safe, progressive, evidence-based, and scalableDefining standards, progressions, and class structuresTranslating training principles into repeatable, trainer-friendly sessions
Trainer Recruitment & DevelopmentRecruiting, onboarding, and training FitFetch trainersDesigning trainer induction and ongoing training processesMaintaining quality and consistency across trainersCoaching trainers and providing feedback to improve delivery
Operations & ExecutionRunning and improving day-to-day class operationsManaging schedules, logistics, and class utilisationEnsuring a high-quality customer and dog experienceDocumenting SOPs, training manuals, and operational systemsImproving retention, outcomes, and overall performance

This is a no-salary role initially.
