Registered Healthcare Professional
We are seeking skilled and compassionate healthcare professionals to provide professional in-home care to our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide individualised support to customers in accordance with their needs and medical practitioner's directions.
2. Work under the guidance and supervision of medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and communicate customer's condition and health-related activities.
3. Administer medication and provide clinical care, including palliative care, bowel care, catheter care, stoma care, oxygen therapy, and more.
4. Monitor and report on customer's wellbeing and progress, ensuring services are provided in a caring and respectful manner.
5. Conduct skills assessments of care professionals performing complex care services as required.
6. Participate in team meetings and attend training opportunities when necessary.
About You:
* Must have current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Evidence of continued professional development.
* Criminal Record Check.
* Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
* Current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Reliable vehicle.
