Position
We are looking for a positive, energetic, and trustworthy person to join our ICT Team onsite on a temporary full time basis. Reporting to the ICT Operations Manager, the Level 1-2 ICT Support Technician role is part of a responsive, collaborative team that provides high-quality IT support to teachers and students. This role will be responsible for completing Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets and working with other team members in a respectful, professional, and positive manner to ensure high-quality IT support for members of our school community.
Qualifications
* A commitment to upholding the Guiding Principles of the School
* A strong customer-focused approach to IT support and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Working knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience using Microsoft InTune for app deployment
* Strong technical and analytical skills
* Commitment to working collegially with all staff and students
* Sound written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy and composure.
* Committed to a culture of continuous growth and knowledge.
Desirable
* Recent experience in a K-12 educational environment
* Experience with managing an MS Defender environment
* Experience managing an InTune environment
