About the role
We're excited to invite applications for a Trainee MMU Operator to join our team at Boundary Hill! In this entry‐level opportunity, you will be trained to operate a Mobile Manufacturing Unit (MMU), pumping explosive product into pre‐drilled blast holes at our customer sites. These roles are Drive‐In Drive‐Out (DIDO), operating primarily on a lifestyle roster, with staff housing provided for the duration of your roster. What you will be doing
* Operating our MMU vehicle (Mobile Manufacturing Units) and other associated blasting plant and machinery;
* Assisting with preventative maintenance;
* Assist with the 'hands‐on' delivery of explosive products down pre‐drilled blast holes on bench;
* Working in tight unison with your teammates to provide an excellence in service to our valued customers;
* Daily administration and customer interactions.
What you will bring
* An unquestionable attitude toward working safely as a priority;
* Experience operating a heavy vehicle highly regarded;
* Current HR Licence;
* Willingness and the ability to obtain a QLD Explosives Security Clearance;
* A positive team‐orientated work ethic;
* A positive attitude to customer service.
