About the Opportunity:
Casual position available for an Experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team. You will have experience in a high-end bar and/or restaurant environment and genuine interest for hospitality.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
* Experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a premium venue
* Knowledge in cocktails and beverage production
* Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
* Adaptable and able to multi-task
* Time management skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
* Professional presentation and strong communication
* Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
* Must obtain valid RSA Certificate
