We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Officer to join our team. As a Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our facility.
About the Role
* Providing high-level administrative support to our management team
* Answering calls, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries with a warm and welcoming attitude
* Maintaining accurate records and resident documentation with attention to detail
* Assisting with rostering, data entry, and compliance reporting
* Supporting staff onboarding and HR administration
* Ensuring office supplies and systems are maintained efficiently
Requirements
* Previous experience as an Administration Assistant required
* Minimum Certificate of Education or equivalent qualification
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working Rights in Australia
* Tech savvy, ability to learn new systems
* Friendly, empathetic phone manner to manage calls from our community
