The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Community Mental Health Drug & Alcohol team at Cowra Health Service. This involves providing leadership and management of staff, services and resources to ensure the delivery of safe and effective quality care.
About the Role
* This position requires a Nurse Unit Manager with strong leadership skills who can provide direction, guidance, support and coaching to their team members.
The successful candidate will be operationally responsible to the Hub Manager of MHDA Bathurst & Region. They will be required to work closely with clinicians from Mental Health Drug and Alcohol as well as several NGO's in order to achieve desired outcomes.
