About the Role
We are looking for positive & enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who's ready to dig in and help keep our projects on solid ground Full-time or part-time(5 days, 30hrs/week).
This is an excellent opportunity for those with rock-solid administration skills wanting to be part of a supportive and flexible work environment.
Duties include:
* Project Support: Assist in preparing project authority/applications, figures for reports, and presentations
* Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate job schedules, source start-up information, and handle staff travel arrangements
* Answering incoming calls & e-mails
* Administration: Assist with invoicing, follow up on aged receivables
* Office & staff management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of Geotech Teams, including arranging vehicle repairs, managing staff training, and ensuring trade licenses are up to date
* Event Coordination: Assist with planning team-building events and activities for the Wider Arcos Team
* Cross discipline support/coverage
Experience:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role and preferably within the Building/Construction industry
* Developed knowledge of general office processes and systems
* Microsoft Office applications
* Competent in use of office equipment
* Accounts & Invoicing experience
