As General Manager - Sales (ANZ), you will have full ownership of the region for our clients broadband business including strategy, sales execution, team leadership, and financial performance. You will lead a team of 4-6 across sales and presales. Their is a clear opportunity to: Drive net-new revenue in a large existing account Expand them into new Telecom Accounts Build strategic partners with ISPs, tower orgs, SIs and disties Take the business from $50M to $60M short term and beyond! Key Responsibilities Business & Growth Leadership Define and execute the ANZ go-to-market and growth strategy aligned with global objectives Identify and capitalise on opportunities across: Fixed broadband Fibre networks (Pits & Pots) Cabling & connectivity Data centres and interconnect Enterprise and carrier infrastructure Drive new customer acquisition while accelerating growth within existing accounts Sales & Commercial Ownership Lead all sales activity across ANZ with accountability for revenue, margin, and pipeline Build and execute pricing, channel, and partner strategies Establish and grow strategic relationships with service providers, carriers, system integrators, and distributors P&L & Financial Management Own full ANZ P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Balance growth investment with profitability and operational discipline Ensure governance, compliance, and accurate financial performance tracking Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and presales team Create a performance-driven, accountable, and customer-focused culture Own talent decisions, succession planning, and capability uplift Market & Stakeholder Engagement Represent the business with key customers, partners, and industry forums Maintain strong understanding of regulatory and market dynamics Work closely with global stakeholders to align regional execution What We're Looking For Experience & Background 15 years' exp in telecom, broadband, network infrastructure Proven success at GM, Country, or Senior Sales Director level Strong service provider focus GROWTH Experience and diversifying revenue in mature markets Track record of owning and scaling P&L-led businesses Understanding Pits & Pots, Networking, Infrastructure, Broadband, Leadership & Capability Growth mindset with the ability to open new markets and build long-term partnerships Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen Executive-level stakeholder management and negotiation skills Confident communicator with strong presentation capability Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred Please APPLY and/or share a CV with peterm@Halcyonknights.com.au
