Our factory is a highly capable, well-equipped facility with processes that include plastic injection molding, copper tube drawing and bending, cable extrusion, precision cable cutting and termination, and the assembly of complex wiring harnesses.
The products we produce are wide-ranging – from custom cable and wiring harnesses to molded plugs and connectors, through to precision refrigeration copper tube assemblies. Every project is unique, and every product is built to meet exacting quality standards.

About the role
As our Production Manager, you'll lead and inspire our 35 shop floor employees, ensuring orders are delivered on time, schedules run smoothly, and labour is managed efficiently. You'll be a key part of our senior leadership team, helping shape the future of the business while keeping daily operations running like clockwork.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with our engineers, occasionally getting involved in new product development or setting up new production cells. Your eye for detail, ability to manage people, and commitment to quality will be vital.
What you'll be doing
Leading, mentoring, and organising the shop floor team
Planning and scheduling production to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Managing labour efficiency to maximise productivity
Ensuring our Quality Management System is maintained and improved
Participating in senior leadership meetings to help drive business strategy
Maintaining high health & safety standards and strong team morale
Hands-on problem solving to keep production flowing smoothly
Managing the warehouse
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Production Manager in manufacturing
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams
Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling
An eye for detail, a commitment to quality, and strong decision-making skills
Someone who enjoys "making things" both at work and in their own time
Great communication skills and the ability to build trust across the business
