Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for after-sales service? We're looking for a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, service agents, and suppliers across Australia.

About the Role

As a Spare Parts Sales Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for all things spare parts — from assisting customers and service agents with technical documentation, to processing orders, managing inventory, and building lasting relationships. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Service

* Support customers and service agents with spare parts manuals and technical resources
* Help identify and source correct spare parts via supplier portals
* Communicate professionally and efficiently via phone and email
* Keep customers informed of order statuses and delays

Sales & Business Development

* Work toward annual spare parts sales targets in collaboration with the team
* Process quotes, orders, and invoices with accuracy and speed
* Build strong relationships with end users, resellers, and contractors
* Collaborate with Marketing to promote spare parts and explore new sales opportunities

Stock Management

* Assist in managing stock levels and conducting regular stock takes
* Order and receive spare parts into our service system
* Maintain supply of frequently used consumables for the service team

Teamwork & Communication

* Foster positive communication within the team and across departments
* Share customer feedback to help improve service and processes
* Be open to assisting in other service and parts areas as needed (training provided)
