We are seeking a knowledgeable and self‐motivated person to join our team in the role of Administration Officer on a permanent part time basis across 3 or 4 days a week at our head office in Bunbury (hours and days to be agreed with the preferred candidate).

About the Role
Reporting to the Admin Manager, the Administration Officer supports the business by providing effective and accurate administration, accounts administration and management, greeting customers, and providing a professional first response to general enquiries.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Receiving and directing visitors to appropriate personnel
- Filing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents in a well‐organised system
- Maintaining accurate record‐keeping and data entry
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members
About You
The preferred candidate will be admin savvy, able to pick things up quickly, and have a friendly and professional manner. They will also:
- Qualifications in accounting, bookkeeping or business administration are not essential but desirable
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar admin support role
- Experience in accounts administration
- High level communication skills
- Friendly with a professional manner, and a strong customer focus
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, and able to work to deadlines
- Be proficient in the use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and database software
