Role Overview
* We are seeking an experienced logistics professional to support our automotive clients in ensuring operational excellence and innovation across their national network.
Key Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing claims raised by dealers, investigating and processing their credit requests daily, requesting and inspecting returned parts from dealers, and approving and finalizing credits for payment.
* Liaising with warehouse and transport suppliers to resolve dealer issues such as order discrepancies, damaged parts, late deliveries, misdirected freight, and credit returns.
* Conducting quality checks on outbound orders, liaising with the warehouse supervisor on operational, stock integrity, service, and quality issues.
* Creating and maintaining reports for both internal and external stakeholders that are relative, informative, and build a better customer experience.
Requirements
* Daily inventory operations involving VW, Skoda, and Audi parts.
* Credits, accounts, quality, or administration experience.
* A strong commitment to following up on the latest updates on various logistics compliance issues.
* Prior experience with auditing, quality assurance, and reporting is desirable.
* Automotive industry experience is beneficial but not essential.
