The Role
As Client Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients — ensuring every interaction reflects our brand promise of clarity, care, and confidence.
You'll coordinate proposals, onboarding, ATO/ASIC lodgments, and offboarding, while supporting seamless workflows across the practice. Think of yourself as the conductor of client experience — ensuring no touchpoint is missed and every client feels supported.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating client proposals and annual service planning.
* Managing client onboarding, screening, and ATO/ASIC processes.
* Triaging queries and keeping workflows on track.
* Owning the client-facing experience — in person, phone, and digital.
* Supporting practice operations, data integrity, and compliance.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Confident and professional with exceptional communication skills.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
* Experienced in client-facing administration (accounting/legal/professional services ideal).
* Tech-savvy (FYI, Xero HQ, Ignition, Fuse Sign experience an advantage).
* Preference of minimum of 1 years' experience working with ASIC, ATO and Company Set ups.
* Values-driven, with a genuine passion for client care.
