Job Title: Vendor Relationship Manager Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is seeking a bright, customer-centric professional to join our team as a Vendor Relationship Manager. As a key member of the AVS Team of Retail Business Services, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering on strategies for managing Amazon vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing long-term partnerships with key vendor partners, partnering with the Retail Category Team to build successful communication channels at all levels, setting proper expectations, providing clear status communications, and managing towards growth plans for the vendors. This individual will build and execute joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs for the vendors and Amazon. They will conduct deep dive analyses on vendor issues, publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve the vendor experience.
