Latrobe Regional Health (LRH) is looking for Registered Nurse (HITH/PAC) to join our growing team on a part-time fixed term basis until March 2026 for parental leave coverage.

As Registered Nurse (HITH/PAC), you'll play a vital role in delivering-high quality care to admitted patients in the comfort of their own home or in the HITH Clinic. This role offers an exciting opportunity to further develop advanced acute nursing skills, including wound management, infusion therapy and endocrine dynamic testing.

The role of the Registered Nurse (HITH/PAC) is:

* Delivering hospital-level care in the home and clinic settings.
* Administering medications and infusions safely and effectively in accordance with LRH policies and procedures.
* Supporting patients and carers through post-acute care nursing services and infusion centre treatments.
* Participating in wound management and other acute care interventions.
* Ensuring safety standards are met, including duress alarm use during community visits.
* Collaborating with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals to deliver person-centred care.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

* Current AHPRA registration as Division 1 Registered Nurse.
* A valid Victorian driver's licence.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centred care.
* Adaptability, compassion, and a commitment to safety and quality.
* Demonstrated experience in HITH, acute or community nursing (desirable).
