The ideal candidate will have proven experience supervising maintenance teams in mining, with a strong background in mobile plant and fixed plant maintenance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is a commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, mentor, and coordinate crews on site to ensure safe and effective maintenance outcomes.
2. Oversee planned and unplanned maintenance activities to meet safety, quality, and site standards.
3. Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
4. Foster a positive safety culture and promote strong team performance.
Requirements:
* Proven experience supervising maintenance teams in mining.
* Strong background in mobile plant and fixed plant maintenance.
* Coal Board Medical, Standard 11, S123, and G2 qualifications.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
