Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our construction projects.
This is a senior role requiring 5-10 years' experience working for major businesses, with expertise in multi-residential and high-rise development.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with large-scale projects, excellent leadership & communication skills, and the ability to drive project delivery on time and within budget.
* Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards.
* Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements.
* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple subcontractors on site.
* Ensure OH&S knowledge.
* Responsible for resolving issues that may arise during construction.
