Job Description
Our Outside School Hours Care service, Pimpama State School Helping Hands, is looking for a passionate Assistant Coordinator to assist with managing the service and providing engaging programs for our primary-age children. This is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 30 hours per week to assist with leading a team of passionate Educators.
You'll work Monday to Friday in split shifts across our programs:
Rise then Shine Program – Morning shifts (6:15am – 8:30am)
Stay and Play Program – Afternoon shifts (2:25pm – 6:00pm)
Holiday HQ Program – Extra hours available during school holidays (6:15am – 6:00pm)

* Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
* Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
* Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration
