What's the role?
Manage and deliver successful campaigns through exceptional service and quality of execution
Monitor campaigns and make decisions to ensure optimal delivery and achieve client objectives
Proactively identify and address risks in delivery to maximise revenue
Work closely with Sales to ensure client objectives are met
Coach and develop allocated offshore team, providing first level support and quality assurance
Run and review reports to identify struggling campaigns and promptly address delivery issues
Collaborate alongside Ad Technology and Ad Product teams to meet client needs and/or resolve issues
Support Programmatic Supply workflows downstream
Maintain and build on a culture of excellence in customer service and quality within the team
Who are you?
Highly analytical, ability to spot trends and be comfortable working with a variety of data sources
Ability to develop robust working relationships in complex organisational structures, both internal and external
Well organised and can handle multiple priorities
Understanding of the digital landscape is preferred
Possess a bright mind and is ready for a steep learning curve
Ability to adapt and learn current concepts and technology
Ability to work as an individual and as a team
