About the Opportunity:
We are currently looking for a dynamic, detail orientated and highly motivated Data Administrator to join our Central Data Processing Specialist team. Our ideal candidate will have a background in data management and processing with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and passion for optimising workflow. A strong administration background will also be considered.
This is a permanent, full-time role, based in our Osborne Park office in Perth.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice processing, including the creation, correction and reconciliation of a high volume of purchase orders
Support reporting, including compliance reporting and end of month reporting
Assisting with General invoice enquiries
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions
Monitor data processing performance and implement improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations
Generate reports and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making
Verify price files to determine credits to be requested from vendors.
Initiate and manage credit claims.
What We Need From You
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with extensive experience in Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize
The ability to work individually and as part of a team
Resource or mining accommodation experience desirable but not essential
Experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning program such as JDE is highly desirable
