This opportunity
This role is to produce and optimise effective customer communications to Vodafone postpaid customers. In this role you will contribute to the overall vision and customer experience for the campaign programs that you are assigned. You will work closely with product owners to use customer insights, and strategic thinking, to construct communications that are meaningful and relevant to the customer.
Responsibilities
1. Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, clear, and concise communications that delivers meaningful and relevant messages to the customer, adheres to Vodafone’s Tone of Voice and Brand Guidelines and maximises conversion
2. Build and manage all outbound and inbound communications, working directly with campaign analysts, internal and external stakeholders on reviews and approvals
3. Assist with the development of the campaign brief working directly with the product owner on targeting requirements and communication strategy
4. Attend all required briefing sessions with other areas of the business
5. Assist with reporting and sharing insights with the broader team
6. Keep up to date with news for the business products and services, and broader initiatives
Knowledge and experience
7. Strong copywriting, communication and negotiating skills
8. Experience with interpreting and writing a brief and distilling complex ideas and explaining them clearly in customer facing copy
9. Experience in building emails and using design programs (e.g. Photoshop, Canva) a plus but not essential
10. Creative, flexible, and energetic with a ‘can do’ attitude and eagerness to learn
11. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to deal with issues and deliver relevant solutions while still ensuring the best outcome for the customer
12. Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
