You will manage the warehouse management system in the distribution centre, while also managing inventory across warehouse and production. As Systems and Inventory Specialist you will look after all stock and inventory related issues and conduct comprehensive business process reviews to identify inefficiencies, delivering system-driven solutions to enhance productivity and align with best practice.

How You Will Contribute

Systems:

* Managing and optimising the Warehouse Management System to ensure it effectively supports both operational workflows and business objectives while addressing evolving user requirements.
* Providing hardware and software support to end‐users, minimizing operational downtime.
* Assisting in planning, testing and implementing upgrades, patches and enhancements to improve system performance.
* Maintaining systems, configurations, and inventory master data within CWM.
* Developing and executing system testing protocols, ensuring new implementations and updates meet quality standards, maintain integrity and are free from disruptions.
* Conducting comprehensive business process reviews to identify inefficiencies, delivering system‐driven solutions to enhance productivity and align with best practice.

Inventory:

* Managing inventory across warehouse and production, supporting system put away strategies in production and warehouse.
* Weekly Purchase Order Management.
* Supporting Month End Processes for the area.
* Troubleshooting inventory errors and issues, partnering with stakeholders to effectively fix issues with minimal operational impacts.
* Managing cycle counts and stock takes on regular intervals.

What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

* Strong warehousing management experience in FMCG industry with experience in SAP EWM.
* 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts experience preferable.
* Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team‐based environment.
* Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team training.
* Good knowledge inventory experience across warehouse and production.
* 3+ years plus experience working in a similar role (logistics operations, procurement or supply chain function).
* Analytical thinking and experience with Microsoft applications, especially highly experienced with Excel.

Work schedule: This is an onsite role with 5 days working from site. No relocation support available.
