A leading financial services organisation in Sydney is seeking an Identity and Access Management Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the CISO you will have overall accountability for the end to end management of the Identity & Access management function.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the function is responsive to governance needs of the organisation and security is upheld in an efficient manner.
- Maturing the current IAM technologies to build process efficiencies thereby enabling the strategy of organisational growth
- Coaching and mentoring your team (15) to understand the importance of effective control management and the broader impacts to the Bank
- Managing Identity Lifecycle risks in line within the Risk Management Framework
- Working with the business, risk management and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliance with Group IAM Policies, risk standards and regulatory obligations
- Provide SME support to project delivery teams and key business stakeholders
Key skills / Experience:
- 10+ Years of relevant security experience
- People leadership
- Wide exposure to banking systems and financial industry practices
- Strong experience in delivering day to day customer services either through a vendor delivery model or a in house model
- Exposure in managing the expectations of C-Level executives and international stakeholders
