We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Pakenham. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centred care to individual living with disabilities, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and remain independent.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
* Support client with household tasks, meal preparation, and community participation.
* Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
* Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and incident reports.
* Follow care plans and ensure all services align with NDIS and company standards.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience supporting people living with disabilities.
* Current First Aid & CPR certification.
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Good communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $38.56 – $45.88 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 21 per week
