In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Transport's Safety Management System (SMS) and work health and safety technologies, this role will see you support compliance-driven safety outcomes by administering WH&S systems, collaborating with stakeholders, analysing safety data and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across Transport for NSW.
You will support and build effective safety systems, technology-enabled processes and user-focused improvements in a fast‐paced, complex environment with evolving regulatory, technological and stakeholder demands.

About you
Your experience supporting Safety Management Systems, strong stakeholder engagement capability and aptitude for technology-enabled safety solutions, formed across large, complex organisations and WH&S-focused roles, will see you excel in supporting system upgrades, analysing SMS data, streamlining policies and processes, and enabling compliance across diverse operational environments, bringing structured, user‐centred system support and data‐informed insights to lead to improved safety performance, regulatory compliance and proactive risk mitigation outcomes.
You're recognized as a collaborative and accountable safety systems professional, skilled at supporting WH&S technologies, communicating complex concepts clearly and working collaboratively across teams, experienced in SMS support, WH&S systems administration, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement within regulated environments.
