Job Description:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for leading the financial function, ensuring strong leadership and high-quality advice to the Executive and Board.
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, management accounting, and monthly financial reporting
* Manage financial risk and ensure robust internal controls
* Oversee cash flow, payroll, and statutory compliance
* Provide timely, high-quality financial advice
* Ensure financial systems are fit for purpose
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in a financial management role
* Strong experience in financial and management accounting, budgeting, analysis, and forecasting
* Proven experience enhancing and establishing finance systems and processes
* Experience coaching or developing junior finance staff
* High proficiency with Excel, financial systems, and payroll
