Senior Leadership Position
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced educational leader to oversee the management of significant areas or functions within the school. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective development, provision and evaluation of the school's education program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervision and coordination of senior curriculum or level coordinators
* Allocation of budgets and resources within designated area of responsibility
* Supervision of teaching programs delivery
* Management of programs to improve staff knowledge and experience
* Responsibility for general discipline matters beyond classroom teachers and year level coordinators
* Contribution to overall school management
Requirements:
* Provisional or full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching
* Aptitude to manage complex tasks and priorities
* Ability to foster a learning environment that caters to individual student needs
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Capacity to collaborate in strategic leadership of Learning and Wellbeing
