Job Description
We are seeking energetic and passionate Housekeeping Room Attendants to join our dedicated Housekeeping Team.
In this role you will work within guest rooms, ensuring each room is kept clean, tidy and immaculately presented at all times. We are seeking people who go that extra mile to provide a memorable guest experience.
* Service and clean assigned guest rooms ensuring that rooms are perfectly presented to hotel standard.
* Ensure all service areas are fully stocked with guest amenities and advertising material.
* Report all maintenance/repair requirements and lost property following correct hotel procedures.
* Ensure all equipment is maintained, used and stored correctly.
* Handle all amenities, chemicals and equipment according to WHS standards.
Qualifications
* Positive, friendly, and guest‐oriented.
* Solid attention to detail with a passion for providing guests with the ultimate experience.
* Physically fit and comfortable working independently.
* Well‐organized with solid time‐management skills.
* Valuable communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
* The ability and flexibility to work across a seven‐day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
* Must have full working rights in Australia.
