You'll shape and improve global customer success operations by working closely with the VP of Growth. This involves trialing, implementing, and scaling initiatives to boost onboarding, retention, expansion, and overall customer experience.
The Role: As a Customer Success Lead, you will be responsible for:
* Developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
* Identifying and addressing customer pain points through data analysis and market research
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to meet evolving customer needs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or eCommerce
* Proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
