Key job responsibilities Lead recruitment and onboarding of new associates for Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations, and Sort Centers.Support auditing compliance with processes and procedures, including Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting, and Associate Experience.Identify and implement process improvements continually.Participate in Workforce Staffing projects.Develop and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.Undertake other duties as requested by Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists.
