Job Overview
Our Fleet and Procurement team is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee operations at our Perth Workshop.
This role is responsible for managing fleet maintenance, compliance, and team management to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Supervise daily workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
* Manage fleet maintenance and repairs in line with NHVR accreditation.
* Coordinate with service providers and internal teams.
* Prioritise and resolve defect repair requisitions (DRRs).
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Lead and develop a team to maintain performance and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Heavy Diesel qualification with leadership or management training.
* Experience in truck and trailer maintenance with a strong focus on quality control.
* Leadership experience in a workshop or fleet environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and compliance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP.
