About The Team
Our Port Macquarie team includes 9 therapists across Speech, OT, and Physio disciplines, providing opportunities for learning and growth within a multidisciplinary setting.
We emphasize continuous improvement, community engagement, and support, with core values of being kind, supportive, trusting, and agile.
Working regionally offers rapid career development opportunities.
Young therapists will gain experience with a diverse caseload, including diagnoses such as CP, ASD, GDD, and more, across pediatric and adult clients.
The caseload comprises approximately 75% clients with CP+ and 25% with other disabilities.
The clinic is well-equipped with treatment rooms, pool cars, ceiling hoists, eye-gaze technology, and other assistive devices.
Most clients are seen at the clinic, but outreach visits to community settings are also part of the service, covering areas like Port Macquarie, Wauchope, Taree, Forster, Kempsey, and Coffs Harbour.
Port Macquarie offers a semi-rural environment with access to major resources, lower property costs, and minimal traffic issues.
