Delivery Excellence Lead
We are seeking an experienced, versatile and results-driven professional to lead the delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business leaders across Sales, Client Delivery, Technology and Finance to translate business vision into a clear scope and prioritised roadmap.
* Manage the entire lifecycle of projects from ideation through to development, implementation and post-launch analysis.
* Analyse existing business workflows to identify bottlenecks and key opportunities for improvement.
* Serve as the primary liaison between business units and technology teams.
* Champion a culture of transparency.
* Develop and maintain clear project plans and status dashboards.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in a hybrid role combining Business-side Product Management and Project Management.
* Strong professional background in digital advertising.
* Experience and knowledge of structured business change management (e.g. ADKAR).
