A temporary full time position commencing 27 January 2026 until 17 December 2026. The successful applicant will be required to teach PD/H/PE. The role of Classroom Teacher exists to support growth in faith and improvement in learning so that students may reach their full potential.

* Demonstrate a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.
* Create and maintain an orderly, safe and supportive learning environment based on the principles of PB4L.
* Apply knowledge of the diverse needs of students to support their full participation in learning.
* Ability to plan for and implement effective teaching and learning in PD/H/PE.
* Use a range of assessment strategies and analyse data to inform student learning.
* Demonstrate commitment to engage professionally with colleagues, parents /carers and the wider school community.
GENERAL CAPABILITIES
* Well-developed interpersonal skills.
* Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Appropriate qualifications for teaching nominated Key Learning Area (s).
* Level B Accreditation in accordance with To Work, Teach and Lead policy or a commitment to gain level within the first 5 years of employment with CEDoW.
* The applicant must be registered to teach with NESA.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE
This role is classified as child related work and therefore a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required prior to your employment with CEDoW.
