About the role: Join our vibrant and inclusive team at Summerland Farm, located in Alstonville, Northern New South Wales. As a Junior Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll support daily operations across our diverse services, including a tourism attraction, restaurant, functions centre, packing and dehusking facility. Your responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operations across our Restaurant, Functions, Café, Grocer, Adventure Park, and Tours. Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide service of food, beverages, retail products, and tour services to Summerland Farm patrons.
2. Provide accurate information about all activities and services.
3. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience.
4. Follow safe work practices to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
5. Utilize IT systems and adopt new technologies as needed.
