The OpportunityAs a Senior Executive Officer in the Business Services Division, you will be responsible for the effective coordination of Ministerial and Executive correspondence, providing advice on these matters including guidance to Business Services’ directorates and staff while maintaining links between the Division and the Department on relevant Ministerial and Executive issues.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing expert assistance and advice to the Division’s Senior Leadership team on all matters relating to Administrative, Ministerial Executive and Parliamentary matters including format and structure of key documents and approval process.
- Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of structured planning to ensure the delivery of identified priority programs in the Agency, Divisional and Directorate planning program in support of the Senior Leadership team.
- Maintaining a ‘bring up’ system to ensure key deliverables are completed by the due date. You will prepare briefing notes, correspondence, coordinates meeting agendas, bookings and minutes, as required.
