About The Role
We are seeking a capable and detail-driven Payroll officer to join our finance and workforce team on a 3 day per week basis.

Payroll Manager
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Experience in a payroll role (2+ years preferred).
* Experience in HR3 system preferred, not compulsory.
* Understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and NES requirements.
* High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and excellent time management.
* Ability to work collaboratively with centre teams and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Process weekly/monthly payroll using HR3, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain employee records, contracts, onboarding details, and award classifications.
* Reconcile timesheets, leave balances, allowances, and variations across multiple centres.
* Respond to payroll queries with clarity, professionalism, and a service‐focused approach.
* Process work covers related payment and reconciliation for each work cover case.
* Maintain job changes forms and update in HR3.
* Assist payroll manager with any payroll related tasks.
* Access and look after payroll emails when needed.
