We're looking for an experienced chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of the kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing traditional Indian menus that showcase our unique blend of flavors and spices. You'll work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination of food preparation and presentation. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, along with a qualification equivalent to at least AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. They'll possess a sound knowledge of Indian spices, cooking methods, and regional flavours, as well as excellent leadership skills to supervise and motivate our kitchen staff.
