We're a Microsoft Security Solutions Partner serving mid‐market clients across defence, education, aged care, and healthcare. We don't just keep the lights on, we help organisations modernise, secure, and scale their technology with genuine expertise and care.
We're a small, technically serious team on a deliberate growth path. We've built something real, and now we need someone who can help us deliver it at scale without compromising on quality.
Our clients include defence contractors, private schools, and aged care operators who depend on us not just to keep them secure, but to be their trusted technology partner and advisory. They're not just accounts, they're personal relationships.
THE ROLE
This is a dual role, not because we can't decide what we need, but because the right person for us does both naturally. You will be hands‐on technically and client‐facing commercially. You will own delivery, not just contribute to it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN TECHNICALLY
* Microsoft 365 – deep platform fluency across E3/E5, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and the full admin surface
* Entra ID – conditional access, identity governance, and Privileged Identity Management
* Microsoft Purview – data classification, DLP, and compliance controls
* Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office and Cloud Apps
* Essential Eight ML1/ML2 assessments and remediation
* ThreatLocker – policy management, ringfencing, and application control
* Multi‐tenant policy deployment and baseline management
* Zero Trust architecture and implementation
WHAT YOU'LL OWN COMMERCIALLY
* End‐to‐end delivery for your client portfolio
* SLA performance and client health metrics
* Quarterly business and security reviews that build trust
* Identifying and progressing expansion opportunities naturally
* Beyond your own accounts, you'll help build the internal frameworks that make our delivery repeatable – runbooks, onboarding processes, standards, and the scaffolding a growing team needs. As we grow, you'll mentor the engineers who come after you.

WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
* Relevant experience and certifications to consider: SC-200, MS-500, AZ-500, or equivalent hands‐on Microsoft experience
* Demonstrated Essential Eight assessment and remediation work
* Strong Application Whitelisting Experience.
* ThreatLocker administration and policy design.
* 5+ years minimum experience working in an MSP.
* On‐prem server experience including strong Active Directory competency.
* Comfortable operating across both technical delivery and client management.
* Familiar with modern infrastructure, endpoint, and cloud environments.
* We care more about what you've actually done than what certifications you hold. If your experience is real and you can demonstrate it, that matters more to us.
