Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing their region.

* Servicing existing accounts and developing strategic growth initiatives
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication and negotiation skills
* Managing sales strategies and executing plans to achieve targets
* Representing the company at trade shows and participating in interstate travel
* Collaborating with other team members to achieve overall business objectives


About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A valid driver's license and ability to work in a dynamic team environment
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver results
* Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to create long-term connections
* An account or sales background, with a passion for building sustainable business relationships
