We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our team and support the day‑to‑day operations of our dynamic consultancy. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in our Perth office. Reporting to the Administration Team Lead, this role works closely with the wider admin team to deliver administrative support to staff across multiple technical disciplines. This role would suit someone with a strong administrative background with proven ability to build effective stakeholder relationships and deliver a high-quality work who can also contribute to a positive working environment as part of a consultancy that is passionate about Making Sustainability Happen. Responsibilities Apply a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and advanced MS Office skills to support project managers in compiling, reviewing, formatting project documents and deliverables to align with company brand and standards Support the daily operations of our office environment, including mail, office orders, and facility equipment Assist in coordinating events and activities for the office, including client meetings and SLR sponsored industry events Issue purchase orders, service invoice payments/management, master card payments and reconciliation, expense claims, client invoicing and project assistance Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance/management Assist with office health and safety management, including visitor sign in, office safety checks, maintaining safety equipment (i.e. fire extinguishers) and reporting Arrange travel and accommodation for consultants and assist with staff expense claims General support to the Office Manager, other department managers and technical support staff as required Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment Exposure to documentation formatting and producing high-quality administrative work Exceptional attention to detail with intermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite Proven ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively A positive and collaborative approach to tasks and strong stakeholder relationship building Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Our Benefits The benefit we are most proud of is our unique culture where we work together to collaborate on projects to get the best possible outcomes and so we aim our benefits cater for all.
