Lifestyle Support Worker - FIFO - Palm IslandJoin our team as a lifestyle support worker in this casual FIFO position, flying out from Townsville to beautiful Palm Island with a commitment to being onsite three nights and four days per week.
You'll provide one-on-one support in the homes and communities of our recipients, helping them live as independently as possible.You may work with recipients in their homes to carry out activities like cleaning and organizing, preparing healthy meals, maintaining a yard, and encouraging positive choices.
A key part of the role is supporting recipients to improve their confidence in accessing the community and engaging in activities that will help them achieve their goals.
