Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of three years' relevant experience in a similar leadership role is required. Tertiary qualifications in business management, quality management, community services, leadership or related discipline are also necessary.
We are looking for someone who has proven experience as a senior leader in social impact or community services, brings operational excellence and strong organisational leadership skills, knows how to build inclusive, compassionate, empowered, and engaged teams, and is ambitious to grow into future leadership opportunities.

Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum of three years' experience in a similar senior leadership role, with the ability to contribute strategically and act as CEO in her absence
* Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and support teams in a trauma-informed, values-driven environment, fostering a positive organisational culture that prioritises staff wellbeing, professional growth, and high-quality service delivery
* Experience in developing, reviewing, and maintaining organisational policies and procedures in line with legislative, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and continuous improvement frameworks
