As we expand our digital operations and ICT infrastructure, we're looking for an
experienced and motivated ICT Support Technician
to join our team in Perth. This role is ideal for a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing technical support that makes a real impact.
The Opportunity
ICT Support Technician – Perth-Based (Some Site Travel May Be Required)
You'll be responsible for supporting internal users across multiple sites, maintaining ICT systems and hardware, resolving technical issues, and assisting with system upgrades and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to users (onsite and remote).
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Support software applications and manage user access and accounts (Microsoft 365, Active Directory).
- Assist with network maintenance, system updates, and data backups.
- Maintain ICT asset registers and documentation.
- Contribute to cybersecurity awareness and basic security management.
- Participate in the onboarding/offboarding process of personnel from an IT perspective.
- Provide support during system rollouts, upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Occasional travel to site offices to provide ICT support (as required).
What You'll Need
- Certificate III or IV in Information Technology (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in a similar ICT support or technician role.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Police Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- White Card (or willingness to obtain).
- Driver's licence and ability to travel to remote sites on occasion.
